As a startup in the healthcare and skilled trade education space, Skilltrade wanted to stand out as a tranformative leader in the field of healthcare training.
With a fresh logo and a clear purpose, Skilltrade needed a clear and impactful mission statement—one that would speak to both prospective students and healthcare organizations looking to partner with them. They also needed a brand voice guide to help them speak to their multiple audiences with relevant and consistent language, along with a thoughtful strategy for nurturing leads and applicants.
But they also needed much more than a freelance copywriter to jump in and throw some words together for a one-time project. They needed a partner to learn the industry, understand the passion behind the organization’s vision, and communicate that to potential students and workforce partners in an engaging way.
After developing a comprehensive brand voice and editorial style guide, we crafted a comprehensive email marketing funnel to inform, educate, and inspire leads, applicants, and enrolled students, as well as on-brand messaging for all the marketing materials used to promote Skilltrade's bold initiatives. This premier mental health group set out to transform mental health care with its clinician-centric approach, inspired by trust and collaboration.
In an industry known for its high clinician burnout rates and diminishing levels of trust among patients, Hightop Health set out to inspire top-tier clinicians to join their mission to provide better mental health care. Branded Words partnered with Confetti Consulting to write, design, and develop Hightop Health’s brand story to position them as an innovator in the mental health space.
They needed a delicate messaging framework to communicate the belief that valuing and supporting clinicians ultimately benefits patients by resulting in better outcomes. They needed to reach and inspire multiple audiences, including prospective clinicians, partners, referring providers, and patients. Additionally, it was essential that all messaging about the organization’s treatment offerings, centers of excellence, partnership opportunities, and approach to mental health care be infused with the highest level of empathy, compassion, and understanding.
The project began with a complete visual and conceptual rebrand and included developing every aspect of its brand messaging, including carefully crafting its website copy. The result? A brand message that inspires clinicians and patients to believe that better mental health care is possible.
